About Spine Chiropractic
Spine Chiropractic Rehabilitation and Wellness is a chiropractic office in Chico, California focused on thoughtful, hands-on care for spine-related pain, stiffness, and movement problems.
The office is designed for patients who want a careful approach rather than a rushed visit. Care begins with listening, evaluation, appropriate screening, and a clear next step.
A Careful Chiropractic Office
Many patients come in after dealing with pain longer than they expected. Some have neck pain, headaches, low back pain, sciatica-type symptoms, upper back stiffness, shoulder tension, or difficulty moving comfortably.
At Spine Chiropractic, the goal is not to force every patient into the same treatment. The goal is to understand what is happening, determine whether chiropractic care is a good fit, and provide care that makes sense for the person in front of us.
Care Starts With an Exam
New patients begin with a New Patient Exam.
This first visit gives Dr. Jesse Smith time to review your history, examine the area of concern, screen for issues that may require referral or imaging, and explain the recommended next step.
That process helps keep care responsible and patient-specific.
Dr. Smith’s Approach
Dr. Smith has years of experience evaluating and treating spine-related pain and movement problems. His approach combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, traction or decompression when indicated, movement guidance, breathing mechanics, and practical patient education.
The visit is not just about the adjustment. It is about helping patients understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and what can be done about it.
Integrated Appointments
After the New Patient Exam, many established patients choose Integrated Appointments when appropriate.
These visits allow time for a more complete hands-on approach. Depending on the patient’s needs, an Integrated Appointment may include adjustment, soft tissue work, traction or decompression, movement coaching, breathing work, and home care guidance.
This can be especially helpful when pain is connected to more than one factor, such as joint restriction, muscle tension, guarding, posture, or movement habits.
